Returns & Exchanges

At FTC, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully equipped for peak performance. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your FTC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Ensure all sports equipment and apparel are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
